Comparison test of purple sweetpatato varieties(strains)

摘要 以金山57为对照种,初步分析了福建省新近选育的9个紫肉甘薯品种(系)的鲜薯产量、薯块烘干率、食味品质和贮藏性等主要经济性状,并评述了其在生产上的利用价值。试验结果表明:福宁紫3号每667 m2鲜薯产量和薯干产量分别为2 059.17 kg和644.52 kg,比对照种增产16.09%和55.94%,综合表现为食味品质优、薯块产量和薯块烘干率高、薯肉色紫,适宜作为紫肉优质鲜薯食用型品种进一步扩大试种。 4 main economical characters (yield, drying rate, edible quality and storability of fresh tubers) of 9 purple sweet- ptato varieties(strains) which bred by Fujian province were preliminarily compared with Jinshan57 as control, and their ap- plying value in production was also evaluated. The results showed that Funingshu No. 3 had outstanding performance, its fresh and dry tuber yields were 2 059. 17kg/667m2 and 644.52 kg/667m2 respectively, and 16.09% and 55.94% higher than those of control variety, with good edible quality, high tuber yield, high drying rate, and purple tuber flesh. Funingshu No. 3 is suitable to be used as a fresh eating purple sweetpotato variety and its planting area is value to be further extended.
