亚莫利联合预混胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病疗效观察

摘要 目的:观察格列美脲联合预混胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病的疗效。方法:预混胰岛素治疗持续两个月以上而血糖控制不佳(HbAlc>7.5%)的38例2型糖尿病患者加用亚莫利(格列美脲),观察治疗前后空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)的变化。结果:患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、HbAlC联用格列美脲治疗后均有明显下降,对比均有统计学差异(均P<0.05),全天血糖变化极差前后对比有显著统计学差异(P<0.01),标准差前后对比有显著统计学差异(P<0.01),联用格列美脲后血糖波动显著减小。结论:格列美脲与预混胰岛素联用的治疗方案有良好的治疗效果。
