通过对质量竞争力指数研究,对国家、地区、行业层次质量竞争力的测评以及基础信息的维护,引导各地区和各行业采取积极有效措施提高质量竞争力,加速整体实力的提高.
The active and effective measures in various regions and industries were adopted to improve the competitiveness for qualities and accelerate the improvement of the overall strength through the study of the Quality Competition Index(QCI) and the assessment of national,regional and industrial competitiveness as well as the maintenance of the basic information.
