摘要
建立了气相色谱氮磷检测器法(GC-NPD)测定饮用水中19种苯胺类化合物。结果表明,19种苯胺类化合物的方法检出限在0.06--0.45μg/L之间,其线性定量范围均为0.05-10.0mg/L,相关系数(R)在0.9951-0.9998之间;方法平均加标回收率在70.7%~108.2%之间,RSD(n=6)为2.9%-18.5%。该法灵敏度高,快速准确,用于实际水样测定的结果令人满意。
The method was established for determination of 19 aniline compounds in drinking water by gas chromatography with nitrogen and phosphorus'detector(GC-NPD). Results indicated that the method detection limits ranged from 0.06 to 0.45 μg/L. Linearity in this developed method was ranging from 0.05 to 10.0 mg/L, and the correlation coefficients were between 0.995 1 and 0.999 8. Average recoveries of the method were from 70.7% to 108.2%, and reasonable reproducibility ranged from 2.9% to 18.5%. The method which is sensitive and accurate can be applied to the determination of aniline compounds in drinking water samples with satisfactory results.
