摘要
针对潘口水库正常蓄水运行后将对黄龙滩大坝防洪安全产生极大影响的问题,利用龙格—库塔数值解法编制了水库洪水调算程序,采用有无对比法研究了有、无潘口水电站时黄龙滩大坝的防洪安全。结果表明,黄龙滩水库洪水调度方式由常规调度调整为预泄调度时,潘口水库的蓄水运行可大幅降低坝前水位、延迟洪峰和最高水位出现时间,大坝防洪标准将提高到2 000年一遇。
Operating as a controlling reservoir, Pankou reservoir is located in the upstream of Huanglongtan dam, which will have a great impact on the flood control safety of Huanglongtan dam. In this paper, using the method of with and without comparison, taking advantage of the Runge-Kutta numerical solution, it programs the reservoir flood regula- tion programmes and researches the flood control safety of Huanglongtan dam with and without Pankou reservoir. The re- sults show that when the Huanglongtan reservoir flood regulation changing from the conventional scheduling to pre-dis- charge scheduling, the operation of Pankou reservoir can significantly reduce the water level before the dam, and delay the occurrence time of flood peak and the highest water level, then the recurrence period of flood will be raised to 2 000 years.
