摘要
针对水利工程后评价的特点,提出网络分析法与模糊综合评价法相结合的(ANP-FCE)集成综合评判法,既发挥了ANP在确定各指标权重时充分考虑各指标之间相互影响、相互反馈的作用,也利用了FCE对定性分析与定量分析相结合的模糊性问题处理时的优点。通过对我国北方某水利工程进行后评价,证明了该方法合理、客观、科学。
According to the characteristics of water conservancy project post-evaluation, comprehensive evaluation method is presented for the combination of analytic network process (ANP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method (FCE). Not only the role of ANP in determining the weight of each index is brought into play, which fully takes the in- teraction and mutual influence of each index into account, but also is the advantages of FCE utilized in handling fuzzy problem combined by quantitative and qualitative analysis. Based on the evaluation of a certain water conservancy project in the north of China, it demonstrates that the proposed method is reasonable, obiective and scientific.
