摘要
鉴于风电场的输出功率预测对电网的安全运行具有重要意义,采用C/S结构,在Windows Server 2008R2操作系统上的.NET3.5框架环境下进行系统开发,以SQL SERVER2008作为整个系统的数据支撑,设计开发了一套适用于不同环境的风电场的输出功率预测预报系统,制订了标准化与可订制的数据通讯接口,提供了独立的后台自动化预报模块,具有6种短期功率预报算法和4种超短期功率预报算法,风电场可根据实际运行情况选择最优的预报方法运行。系统应用结果表明,该系统短期预报的准确率达80%以上,超短期预报的均方根误差在15%以下,能满足国家能源局和国家电网相关要求。
In view of the importance of power output prediction in wind farms to the safe operation of grid, this pa- per, under the frame of . NET 3.5 of Windows Server 2008R2, based on SQI. SERVER2008, designed and developed a prediction system applicable in different conditions. It also mapped out a standardized and special data comnmnication in- terface, and provided an independent and automatic prediction module, capable of six types of short-term prediction and four types of uhra-short term prediction. With an accuracy of 80% for short-term prediction and RMS error being under 15% in application, this system can meet the relevant requirements of National Energy Administration and State Grid.
