摘要
在田间条件下,研究了施用9种有机肥对枸杞初生、次生物质的积累和对枸杞产量和品质的影响,以期为有机枸杞生产提供依据。结果表明:综合考虑各种因素,施用牛粪等有机肥可以提高枸杞果实的质量和产量,其中施用牛粪有利于枸杞糖的积累,施用鸡粪有利于枸杞黄酮的积累,施用沼渣-沼液冲施肥有利于枸杞类胡萝卜素的积累;施用有机肥的各处理均提高了枸杞的千粒重、产量和百叶重。相关分析表明,枸杞产量与类胡萝卜素、总糖、黄酮呈正相关,与多糖呈负相关。
In the field conditions, the impact of the primary, secondary material of Lyciurn barbarum L. on the yield and quality of Lyciurn barbarurn L. were studied using 9 different organic fertilizer treatments,in order to provide basis for production of organic Lycium barbarum L.. The results showed that in the treatment of organic fertilizer, the treatment of cow dung was conduce to accumulation of sugar, the treatment of chicken dung was conduce to accumulation of flavonoid, the treatment of fertilization biogas was conduce to accumulation of carotenoid. Employment organic fertilizer of each processing enhanced the weight of a thousand seeds of Lyciurn barbarurn L. , output, the dried bean curd to be heavy. The correlation analysis result showed that there was positive correlation on output and carotenoid, output and sugar, output and flavonoid,and there was negative correlation on output and polysaccharide.
