摘要
目的研究低温等离子灭菌器在内镜消毒中的效果,选择最佳的内镜消毒方法,提高内镜灭菌效果。方法通过对该技术的研究和使用,确定它的适用范围,并结合手术室340个灭菌结果的记录找出灭菌失败的原因。结果在340个低温灭菌使用中,332个灭菌合格,合格率为97.64%;8个灭菌循环终止,其中3个物品潮湿,3个物品包装不合格,1个有机物残留,1个舱内物品摆放不准确,经过处理,重新灭菌均达标。结论严格按照低温等离子灭菌器的操作规范,由专业人员操作,保证灭菌前物品干燥及正确灭菌舱内物品的摆放和包装,就能保证灭菌程序的顺利完成及内镜灭菌效果,从而保证患者的健康及预防医院感染。
OBJECTIVE To determine the effect of low temperature plasma sterilizer on the disinfection of endoscopes so as to choose the best disinfection method and improve the effect of disinfection of the endoseopes. METHODS The scope of this technology was defined by studying and applying it, and the causes of the failure of sterilization were find out via the review of records of a40 cases of sterilization in the operating room. RESULTS Of totally a40 cases of disinfection with the use of low temperature plasma sterilizer, there were aa2 cases of disinfection qualified with the qualified rate of 97. 64%, 8 cases with the disinfection cycle terminated, 3 cases of items wet, 1 case with organic residual, and 1 case with the items placed improperly, and the sterilization achieved the standard after the processing. CONCLUSION The standard operation of low temperature plasma sterilizer, operation by the professional staff, keeping the items dry before the disinfection, and correctly placing the items and packages can make the sterilization procedure smoothly completed and ensure the effect of endoscope sterilization so as to ensure the health of the patient and prevent the nosocomial infections.
