绍兴地区泌尿生殖道支原体属感染及其耐药性研究 被引量:7

Mycoplasmacausing urogenital tract infections in Shaoxing and analysis of drug resistance

摘要 目的分析绍兴地区泌尿生殖道解脲脲支原体(Uu)及人支原体(Mh)感染及其耐药性,为临床治疗提供科学依据。方法采用法国生物梅里埃公司生产的Mycoplasma IST2支原体鉴定及药敏试剂盒进行检测。结果 683份标本中支原体属培养阳性374份,总阳性率54.76%,检出Uu 270株占72.19%,Mh 56株占14.97%,Uu+Mh48株占12.84%;男、女患者感染阳性率分别为28.57%和70.75%,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);患者主要集中在20~40岁年龄段;不同类型支原体药物敏感性不同,Uu对普那霉素敏感率最高为99.26%,对多西环素、四环素、交沙霉素、克拉霉素敏感率分别为97.04%、91.85%、85.93%、69.26%;Mh、Uu+Mh对抗菌药物的耐药率要高于Uu。结论泌尿生殖道感染以Uu为主,女性感染率明显高于男性,支原体属对各种抗菌药物已产生一定的耐药性,对泌尿生殖道感染患者应及时进行支原体属培养及药敏试验,指导临床合理用药,以有效提高治愈率和控制耐药菌株的产生。 OBJECTIVE To analyze the infection status and drug resistance of Ureaplasma urealyticum (Uu) and Mycoplasma hominis (Mh) in urogenital tract so as to provide experimental evidence for the clinical treatment. METHODS The secretion specimen was identified and their antibiotic susceptibility was detected by using Mycoplasma identification and drug susceptibility kit 1ST2. RESULTS A total of 683 cases were involved in the study, the positive rate of Mycoplasma was 54.76 % (374 cases). The positive detection rates of Uu, Mh ,and Uu +Mh were 72. 19%, 14. 97% ,and 12. 04%. The positive rates of the male and female were 28. 57% and 70.75 %, respectively, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.01) ; the patients were mainly aged between 20 and 40 years. Mycoplasma varied in the drug sensitivity, the susceptibility rate of Uu to pristinamycin was the highest (99. 26% ), the drug susceptibility rates to tetracyclines, and josamycin were 97.04%, 91. 85%, 85.93% ,and 69.26%, respectively. The drug resistance rate of Mh or Uu+Mh was higher than that of Uu. CONCLUSION The urogenital tract infections, are mainly caused by Uu. The infection rate of the female is significantly higher than that of the male. Mycoplasrna have produced drug resistance in a certain degree. It is necessary to carry out the culture and the drug susceptibility testing for Mycoplasma and guide the reasonable clinical medication so as to effectively improve the cure rate and control the emergence of drug resistant strains.
