血管内皮生长因子C及其受体与宫颈癌临床和预后的关系 被引量:6

The relationship between the VEGF-C,VEGFR-3 and the clinical feature of cervical carcinoma

摘要 目的:观察血管内皮生长因子C(VEGF-C)与血管内皮生长因子受体3(VEGFR-3)在宫颈癌组织中的表达并分析其与临床及预后的关系。方法:免疫组织化学SP法检测80例宫颈癌组织中VEGF-C与VEGFR-3的表达,以30例正常宫颈组织为对照组。结果:VEGF-C在癌组织中呈高表达,癌周组织表达相对较低,但两组表达均高于对照组(P<0.05);癌组织中VEGF-C的表达与肿瘤的临床分期相关,淋巴结转移组VEGF-C的阳性表达率为69.6%明显高于无淋巴结转移组的49.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。VEGFR-3在癌周组织表达较高,癌组织中表达较低,但都明显高于对照组(P<0.05);淋巴结转移组中的VEGFR-3在癌周组织标记的淋巴管密度为19.67±3.72明显高于无淋巴结转移组10.78±2.65,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Ⅰb期组VEGFR-3的表达15.78±5.67明显高于Ⅰa2期9.87±1.95,低于Ⅱa期18.78±4.32,随着宫颈癌临床分期及病理组织学分级的提高,VEGFR-3表达也随之增强,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:VEGF-C和VEGFR-3与宫颈癌的发生发展密切相关,癌组织VEGF-C和癌周组织VEGFR-3表达水平的检测可能有利于临床评估宫颈癌的预后。 [ Abstract ] Objective : To observe the expression of VEGF - C and VEGFR - 3 in the cervical carcinoma, then to analyze the relation of them with the clinical feature and prognosis. Methods: The VEGF - C and VEGFR - 3 in the 80 cervical carcinoma were detected with immunohistochemical SP, and 30 cases of normal tissue was regarded as the control group. Results: The expression of VEGF - C in cervical carcinoma was higher than that of in intratumoral tissue, but both the two groups were higher than the control group. The difference was significant ( P 〈 0. 05, P 〈 0. 05 ) . The expression of VEGF - C in cervical carcinoma was related to the clinical stages. The positive rate of VEGF - C with lymphatic metastasis was 69. 6% , which was much more than that (49. 1% ) of without lymphatic metastasis. The difference was significant (P 〈 0. 05 ) . The expression of VEGFR - 3 in intratumoral tissue was clear higher than that of in cervical carcinoma ; both the two groups were higher than the normal group. The LVD stained by VEGFR - 3 of intratumoral tissue with lymphatic metastasis was 19. 67 ±3.72/case, which was more than that of without lymphatic metastasis ( 10. 78 ± 2. 65/case), the difference was significant. The LVD of I b was more than that of I a2, but less than that of II a. With the increase of clinical stage and pathological class, the VEG- FR - 3 was enhanced. The difference was significant. Conclusion: VEGF - C and VEGFR - 3 are related to the occurrence and development of cervical carcinoma. The level test of VEGF - C and VEGFR - 3 is beneficial to estimate the prognosis of cervical carcinoma in clinical.
