摘要
25~30℃条件下,研究了虫胶果蜡、壳聚糖涂膜和对照对货架期蜜梨品质的影响。结果表明:虫胶果蜡涂膜的蜜梨能显著遏制轮纹病病斑的扩展;贮藏20d后,蜜梨的腐烂率和失重率分别为2.5%和4.9%,硬度和总酸分别下降25.5%和26.6%,果肉相对电导率仅上升6.7%,还原糖和可溶性固形物含量一直处于缓慢上升状态,货架期20d以上。壳聚糖涂膜的蜜梨货架期仅为5d。
Effects of propolis fruit wax, chitosan coating and control on Pyrus pyrifolia quality during the shelf life were studied under the condition of 25-30 ℃. The results showed that: Pear ring rot disease lesion extension could be restrained significantly by the fruit wax treatment. The pears, which skin coating with propolis fruit wax, their decay rate and weight loss rate were 2.5% and 4.9% after 20 d of storage, the relative conductivity rose by only 6.7%, the fruit hardness and total acid decreased by 25.5% and 26.6%, respectively, and reducing sugars, soluble solids content had been increased slowly in the state, the shelf life of the pears longer than 20 days. The chitosan coating pears shelf life was only 5 d.
