科技成果产业化协同设计绩效影响因子实证研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文采用元分析方法,将不同学者从不同视角定性总结出的产品协同设计绩效影响因子进行了系统整理与精炼提纯;采用探索性因子分析方法,通过基于元分析的问卷直接设计和基于类目网格技术的问卷间接设计相结合的方法,形成了科技成果产业化协同设计绩效影响因子调查问卷;以实施科技成果产业化的转制科研院所作为调研样本,在进行调查与数据获取基础上,利用SPSS18.0统计软件对调查数据进行了因子分析,提取出了20项协同设计绩效影响因子和5个公因子,识别出科技成果产业化协同设计绩效关键影响因子;最后,建立科技成果产业化协同设计绩效影响机理模型,并对影响机理进行了讨论,为提高科技成果产业化协同设计绩效提供了借鉴. Firstly, it uses the methods of meta-analysis to sort out and purify factors that influence collaborative design performance, which were collected from varied perspectives of different scholars; Secondly, it conducts an exploratory factor analysis and designs the questionnaire combining direct questionnaire based on the meta-analysis table with indi- rect questionnaire based on the repertory grid technique. It takes scientific research institutes as the survey objects which have carried out industrialization of S&T achievements. The investigation data acquired are analyzed with factor analysis by SPSS18.0 statistical software. 20 collaborative design performance factors and 5 common factors are extrac- ted and the key factors of collaborative design performance are identified. Finally, it establishes and discusses the influ- ence mechanism model of collaborative design performance factors in order to improve collaborative design performance of industrialization of S&T achievements.
