摘要
多中心治理理论是当今西方学术界最流行的理论之一。以该理论为基础,研究中国县域义务教育均衡发展的途径是一个全新的视角。中国县域义务教育均衡发展过程中存在较多问题,可以借鉴多中心治理理论的精髓,尝试运用该理论的中心观点开辟县域义务教育均衡发展的新途径。鉴于中国现有国情的需要,文章重点阐述县政府、校领导以及社会市场在此问题中的角色功能。
Poly-centric Governance is one of the most important theories in westem countries, which is an entirely new angle to explore ways to realize balanced development of compulsory education in China. The paper, based on the quintessence of its theories, points out new ways to realize the balanced development of compulsory education through the analysis of many problems in its developing course. In view of the current conditions in China, it mainly discusses the roles of the county government, the school leaders and the social market.
