摘要
在进行汽轮发电机组轴系扭振分析时 ,通常假设轴系材料特性参数为常数。然而 ,在实际条件下 ,随着轴系温度分布情况的不同 ,这些特性参数也会相应地发生变化。针对某电厂 30 0MW汽轮发电机组在满负荷工况下的轴系温度分布情况 ,计算了考虑温度分布后轴系扭振各阶固有频率以及响应的变化情况 。
In the process of torsional vibration analysis for turbogenerator rotors, the material characteristics parameters of shafts are often considered to be constant. But in real environment, these parameters are different with the variation of temperature distribution. The purpose of this paper is to illustrate the effect of these parameters. Under the real temperature distribution condition of a 300?MW turbogenerator rotors at full power, we calculates torsional natural frequencies and responses of two phase circuit disturbance, and summarizes the impact of temperature distribution to torsional vibration of rotors.
