全网无功电压优化集中控制系统在泰州电网的应用 被引量:33

摘要 提出了全网无功电压优化集中自动控制系统。该系统的优化目标是全网网损尽量小、各节点电压合格率尽量高 ,控制对象为各变电所有载调压变压器分接头调节与电容器投切 ;借助调度自动化的 SCADA功能 ,实现对全网无功电压的优化和集中自动控制。泰州电网的应用表明该系统可有效地提高全网各节点的电压合格率 ,减少网损 ,产生较好的效益。 An optimization and centralized control system for reactive power/voltage in the whole area network, which is implemented by means of SCADA in dispatching automation, is put forward in this paper. The optimization objectives of this system are as follows: To reduce the line loss in the whole network to be as small as possible, and to improve the voltage eligibility at each node to be as high as possible. The control objects of the system are the on load tap changer for voltage regulation transformers in all substations and the switching on and off ofcapacitors. Theexperienceof applying this system in Taizhou power network shows that designing aim of this system is realized.
