摘要
针对空气泡沫驱井的腐蚀特点,优选3Cr13不锈钢材料,研制了ZQY221型不锈钢封隔器。该封隔器结构简单,耐腐蚀性强,施工方便,坐封、解封可靠,可满足空气泡沫驱井的使用要求。在模拟工况条件下试验48 h,该封隔器工作正常。在4口空气泡沫驱井上应用以ZQY221型不锈钢封隔器为主体的工艺管柱,工艺施工成功率100%,有效率100%;在平均油压13.8 MPa的条件下,平均注入空气8.41×105m3后,封隔器平均免修期达到565 d;4口井换封作业,封隔器均能安全解封,并能顺利地从井中起出。
In light of the corrosion in air foam flooding, the 3Cr13 stainless steel material was optimized and Model ZQY221 stainless steel packer was developed. The packer is simple in structure, strong in resistance to corrosion, convenient in construction and reliable in setting and releasing. It can satisfy the use requirement of air foam flooding. The laboratory and field applications show that in the four wells where air foam flooding was applied there are a 100% technological success and a 100% effective rate. When the average oil pressure is 13.8 MPa, 8.41 × 10^5 m^3 air was injected averagely, with a 565 day' s repair-free period of the packer. The packer replacement was carried out in the four wells and the packer was released safely and the releasing device could be retrieved smoothly from the well.
