摘要
结合东兴市垃圾填埋场改扩建工程,介绍了膜组合工艺在渗滤液处理中的工程设计与应用。该渗滤液处理站设计水量为200 m3/d,采用中温厌氧反应器+MBR+NF/RO膜组合工艺,稳定运行后出水各项指标达到《生活垃圾填埋场污染控制标准》(GB 16889—2008)的表2标准。该工艺处理效果明显,运行能耗低,操作灵活且二次污染少,具有较明显的技术经济优势。着重介绍了膜组合工艺的关键设计参数及技术要点,以及系统运行与控制,可为同类项目提供参考。
The design and application of combined membrane technology in leachate treatment were introduced in the expansion project of landfill site in Dongxing City. The design capacity of the leachate treatment station was 200 m3/d. The mesophihc anaerobic reactor + MBR + NF/RO process was used, and all the indexes of the effluent met the table 2 criteria specified in Standard for Pollution Con- trol on the Landfill Site for Domestic Waste (GB 16889 -2008 ). The combined process has high treat- ment efficiency, low energy consumption, operational flexibility and less secondary pollution, which show that the technical and economical advantages are obvious. The key design parameters and technical es- sential elements of the combined process as well as system operation and control were introduced to pro- vide reference for similar projects.
