摘要
通过回顾相关文献,提出了基于不同参与动机的非交易类网络社区知识共享质量、社区创新及成员满意度之间关系的理论模型。通过实证研究,验证了目的性动机、联系性动机和娱乐性动机对知识共享质量有显著促进作用;同时,知识共享质量完全或部分地对这3种参与动机对社区创新及满意度的关系起中介作用。此外,知识共享质量能提升社区创新及成员满意度,社区创新越高,成员满意度越高。
By reviewing the relevant literatures, this paper proposes a theoretical model based on the relationships between knowledge sharing quality, community innovation and member satisfaction in the non-trading network communities with different participation motivations. The empirical study proves that purpose motivation, relationship motivation and entertainment motivation play a significant role in promoting the knowledge sharing quality. Meanwhile, the knowledge sharing quality intervenes fully or part- ly the relationships between these 3 participation motivations and community innovation and satisfaction. Furthermore, the knowl- edge sharing quality can improve the community innovation and member satisfaction, the more the community innovation, the grea- Ler the member satisfaction.
