Synthesis and Biological Activity of 1-Aroyl-4-(5-aryl-2-furoyl) Thiosemicarbazides

摘要 Thirty acylthiosemicarbazide derivatives(Ⅰ) were synthesized by addition reaction of 5 aryl 2 furoyl isothiocyanate(Ⅲ) with aroylhydrazines(Ⅱ). Their compositions and structures were confirmed by elemental analysis, IR and 1H NMR spectrometry measurements. The plant growth effects of these compounds on rice and cucumber have been tested preliminarily.
