摘要
新员工在组织社会化过程中如何使用同事作为角色榜样,成功榜样、激励榜样和生存榜样怎样分别发挥不同的作用,并最终影响组织社会化的后果,是值得研究的重要课题。新员工的个人特征如期望、经验、自信和竞争能力则影响他们对角色榜样的使用,这些重要的个人特征受到入职后4—6个星期的工作经历的影响。新员工依赖角色榜样、观察角色榜样并与角色榜样相互作用,由此他们获得了各种各样的资质与能力。
It is a worthwhile topic to study how to use the colleges as role model,success model,inspiration model and survival model for the new employees in the process of organizational socialization.The new employees' personal characters such as expectation,experience,self-confidence and competence will influence their use of role model,these important characters are greatly influenced by their working experience in the first 4 to 6 weeks of working.New employees look on and depend on their role model,and they interact with the role model and consequently they acquire the qualities and abilities of all kinds.
