摘要
针对目前在悬挂发射装置地面投放试验中利用力传感器测量弹射力的方法(简称电测法)存在的不足和局限性,提出了一种采用光学手段测量悬挂发射装置弹射力的方法(简称光测法)。该方法基于高速摄像装置,经过对高速图像的处理,获得投掷过程相关的位置变化数据,并根据内在物理规律推导出投掷物分离时的受力情况。对上述2种方法通过地面试验进行了对比测量分析,结果证明了用光测法代替电测法的可行性和优越性。
In this paper, a new optical measurement principle and method, which is call optical measurement method, is designed and proposed in the measurement of airborne ejection force when the object is separated from suspension type launch mechanism during the ground-testing for launch. The traditional method, which is called electronic measurement method, has some drawback and disadvantage when it is applied in the same operation due to its different measurement principle which the ejection force is measured with force transducer. Based on the new design idea, a high-speed camera equipment is involved in the experiment and the space position of separated object can be measured by image processing. Finally, the ejection force can be calculated with special equation which is established based on the inner physical law. The theory analysis and real experiment result shows optical measurement method is effective and practicable for measuring the airborne ejection force during the ground-testing for launch.
