摘要
食品科学是一个跨多个学科门类的交叉学科,可以将其划分为相互交叉的3个方面:食品科学与工程、食品文化与伦理、食品经济管理。就学科性质而言,食品经济管理属于管理学门类,可以从农林经济管理一级学科中独立为二级学科。根据食品经济管理的主要任务和主要内容,食品经济管理学科可下设食品经济理论与政策、食品产业结构与布局等9个研究方向。
Food Science is a cross--discipline involves 3 overlapping aspects, namely, Food Science and Engineering, Food Culture and Ethics. When discussing on the nature of the subject, Management of Food Economy is part of Management class, which can be independent for the secondary discipline from the first level subject of Agricultural and Forestry Economy Management. According to its main mission and content, Management of Food Economy can set 9 research fields, including food economy theory and policy, food industry structure and distribution etc.
