摘要
高校司法鉴定机构人才、设备等资源雄厚、管理规范,且其司法鉴定的公信力和权威性强,这有利于推进高校司法鉴定机构认证认可进程。同时,认证认可也有利于更好地发挥高校资源优势,推动高校司法鉴定机构更好的发展。但是,高校司法鉴定机构也存在着许多不足,阻碍着高校司法鉴定机构认证认可进程。充分发挥高校优势资源,改进高校司法鉴定机构的不足,对推进高校司法鉴定机构认证认可进程具有重要的意义。
The experiment work of forensic institutions＇ Certification and accreditation is carrying out in full swing nowadays. On one hand, university forensic institutions have many advantages, such as abundant resources like personnel and equipment, more standardized management and higher credibil- ity and authority, which can promote the development of university forensic institutions＇ certification and accreditation. On the other hand, the process of certification and accreditation can make full use of advantages of university resources to promote the development of university forensic institutions. However, there are also some disadvantages in university forensic institutions, which hinder the devel- opment of university forensic institutions＇ certification and accreditation. So making full use of univer- sity resources and improving the deficiencies is of great significance for promoting the development of certification and accreditation of university forensic institutions.
