摘要
职业生涯教育是导向职业生涯、职业环境的教育,是人人就业的教育。五年制高职学生主要来自于中考的中低成绩群,入学年龄小,学习时间长。以学业为基础、以专业为载体、以就业为导向、以创业为探索、以职业为目标构建"五业"联动课程方案,可帮助学生准确认识自我,确立职业发展计划,树立正确的择业观,找到展现自己的人生舞台,达到人生的最终目标,从而保证高职院校的办学宗旨和培养目标的达成。
Career education is an education oriented to career planning and employment. In light of the students' low academic performance and early admission age, a new "five-component" interaction plan has been proposed in this paper, which is learning-based, specialty-supported, employment- oriented, entrepreneurship-explored, and profession-targeted. It can help the students recognize themselves, and establish career plans and the correct view of employment, in order to achieve the training targets of higher vocational schools.
