补益营卫方对D-半乳糖衰老模型抗氧化酶及免疫因子的影响 被引量:3

Effect of Buyi Yingwei Fang on Anti-oxidant Enzymes and Immune Factors in Aged Mice Reasulting from D-galactose

摘要 目的观察补益营卫方对D-半乳糖衰老小鼠模型CAT,GSH-Px活性以及白介素-2,干扰素-r的影响,探讨其延缓皮肤衰老的机制。方法 90只小鼠随机分为6组,每组15只。除正常组外,其它各组每日背部皮下注射10%D-半乳糖(1 000 mg/kg),建立亚急性衰老模型。补益营卫方高、中、低剂量组分别按8,4,2 g/kg灌胃给药,维生素E组50mg/kg灌胃给药连续6周。6周后,测定小鼠血清和组织匀浆中过氧化氢酶(CAT)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的活力,以及白介素-2,干扰素-r的浓度。结果模型组与正常组比较,小鼠血清中CAT,GSH-Px和匀浆中CAT活性显著降低,IL-2,IFN-r水平显著下降(P<0.01)。与模型组相比,补益营卫方能够提升小鼠血清中CAT,GSH-Px和匀浆中CAT活性,高剂量组提升显著(P<0.05)。补益营卫方高、低剂量组IL-2,IFN-r的水平显著升高(P<0.01)。结论补益营卫方通过提升抗氧化酶的活性及免疫因子含量来延缓皮肤衰老。 ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of Buyi Yingwei Fang On Catalase(CAT),Glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) and Interleukin-2(IL-2),Interferon-r(IFN-r)in aged mice resulting from D-galactose,and to Explore the mechanism of anti-aging of Buyi Yingwei Fang on the aging skin. Methods90 female mice were randomly divided into 6 groups of 15 each.With the dose of D-galactose1000mg/(kg.d) by sc administration to other mice for 42 days except the normal group,the aging model was established.The mice received Buyi Yingwei Fang(8,4,2 g/kg) by ig administration at the same time of injecting D-galactose.Forty-two days later determined the activity of CAT,GSH-Px and the content of IL-2,IFN-r. ResultsWith the normal group,the model group of mice serum CAT,GSH-PX activity and skin tissue CAT activity were significantly reduced,IL-2,IFN-r content were significantly reduced(P0.01).With the model group,the activity of mice serum CAT,GSH-PX and skin tissue CAT were significant rised treated with Buyi Yingwei fang,especially the high does is the best(P0.05).The content of IL-2,IFN-r were significant rised treated with high and low does(P0.01). ConclusionBuyi Yingwei fang has abvious anti-aging effect on aging skin through improve the anti-oxidation activity and the immune factors content.
