摘要
角黄素是类胡萝卜素的一种,作为着色添加剂,主要应用于食品和饲料。在角黄素一步氧化合成工艺中,氧化剂、催化剂、温度等条件不变的情况下,考察不同的酸配制的酸度调节剂对工艺的影响,经试验验证,得到用硫酸进行酸度调节下,工艺条件最优。
