静电纺丝制备WO_3-TiO_2纳米纤维及其光催化性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用静电纺丝法制备了WO3掺杂的有机无机PVP/WO3-TiO2纤维,经高温焙烧得到WO3-TiO2纳米纤维.通过DSC-TGA、FT-IR、SEM、XRD和比表面积分析等对样品进行了表征.以模拟印染废水10 mg/L亚甲基蓝溶液为底物,研究了WO3掺杂量和焙烧温度等对亚甲基蓝太阳光催化降解效果的影响.结果表明,WO3掺杂摩尔分数为0.1%,焙烧温度为500℃时,WO3-TiO2纳米纤维的光催化降解效果最好,太阳光照射6 h降解率达到99.5%,重复使用10次降解率仍在97%以上. WO3 doped nano TiO2 organic-inorganic PVPNVO3-TiO2 fibers were prepared by electrostatic spinning method. And WO3-TiO2 nanofibers were obtained through high temperature calcination. The nanofi- hers were characterized by DSC-TGA, FT-IR, SEM, XRD and specific area analysis. The effects of WO3doped dosage and calcination temperature on the photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue were investigated using 10 mg/L of methylene blue as simulated dyeing waste water. The results showed that the best photocatalytic degradation effect could be obtained when the dopping molar fraction was 0.1% and the calcination temperature was 500℃. The degradation rate of methylene blue reached 99.5% under 6 h of solar radiation and the degradation rate remained above 97% after 10 times reuse.
