摘要
《金匮要略》分别在7个篇章提到眩晕病证,如头晕、头重晕、癫眩、眩、冒、眩冒等,涉及经文19条,方剂10余首,仲景虽未对其设专篇论述,但是创立了"病痰饮者,当以温药和之"的治疗大法。通过建立张仲景治眩晕方病案数据库的尝试,研究仲景用药规律,提高对眩晕辨证论治水平。
Vertigo disease and syndrome were mentioned in 7 chapter＇s of Synopsis of Prescriptions of the Golden Chamber, such as dizziness, vertigo, dizziness, epilepsy, which were related to 19 clauses with more than 10 prescriptions. Though Zhang Zhongjing did not discuss it in special chapter, he created the basic treatment principle that diseases due to phlegm and water retention should be treated with warming drugs. Through attempts to establish medical record database of vertigo treated by Zhang Zhongjing, the paper studies Zhang Zhongjing＇s administration law so as to improve the level of syndrome differentiation and treatment of vertigo.
