摘要
目的:建立产妇康颗粒的质量评定标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法,对产妇康颗粒中赤芍、何首乌、益母草进行薄层色谱研究;采用高效液相色谱法测定产妇康颗粒中黄芪甲苷的含量。结果:黄芪甲苷在1.53~10.16μg之间进样量的对数与峰面积的对数呈良好线性关系,平均回收率为97.5%。结论:根据薄层色谱法及高效液相色谱法所建立的质量标准稳定、重现性好,可用于产妇康颗粒的质量控制。
Obective:To establish the quality standard of Chanfukang granules. Methods:By thin layer chronmatography,the TLC study of Chanfukang granules of Radix peaoniae rubra, Fleece-flower root, Motherwort; content determination of Chanfukang astragalloside was determinede by high performance liquid chromatography. Results: Logarithmic and peak area of astragaloside in 1.53 - 10. 16 μg showed good linear relatinship. The average recovery was 97.5%. Method is stable,reproducible. Conclusion:The quality standard stsbility, good reproducibility, can be used for quality control of Chanfukang granules.
