摘要
目的:探讨早期肠内营养对ICU重型颅脑损伤患者营养状况及并发症的影响。方法:将94例ICU重型颅脑损伤患者随机分为观察组(52例)和对照组(42例),两组患者均给予积极治疗,观察组给予早期肠内营养支持,对照组给予肠外营养支持,观察两组患者营养状况及并发症情况。结果:两组患者入院时ALB及TP比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者入院第8天时ALB及TP均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:早期肠内营养用于ICU重型颅脑损伤患者安全、有效,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the influence of EEN on the nutritional status arid complications of patients of severe traumatic brain injury. Method 94 cases of ICU severe traumatic brain injut'y were randomly divided into the observation group (52 cases) and the control group (42 cases). Both groups were given the active treatment. The observation group was supported with EEN, while the control group was supported with parenteral nutrition. Observations were carried out about the nutritional status and complications of both groups. Results There was no significant difference in ALB and TP of both groups on hospitalization ( P 〉 0. 05 ). ALB and TP of the obser- vation group were significantly higher than those of the control group at 8d after hospitalization (P 〈 0. 05). The incurrence of complications of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion With high safety and good efficacy, EEN is well worth clinical application in the treatment of ICU severe traumatic brain injury.
