急性肾损伤所致急性肺损伤／急性呼吸窘迫综合征研究进展 被引量：5

摘要 在现代医学中，急性肾损伤（acute kidney injury，AKI）是十分常见、复杂的临床问题之一。危重患者中有30％的患者发生急性肾损伤。Uchino等研究显示急危重患者有5％。6％的患者发生急性肾损伤并且需要肾替代治疗。
