摘要
在弱酸性介质中 ,I- 与Cu+生成沉淀 ,经硫代硫酸钠溶解后 ,以火焰原子吸收法测定铜 ,从而间接求得碘的含量。本方法的线性范围为 0~ 80 0 μg·mL- 1 ,回收率为 99 9%~ 1 0 0 3 %,相对标准偏差为 0 7%。将方法应用于碘盐、华素片、紫菜中碘的测定 ,结果满意。
A new method was developed for the indirect determination of iodide by flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS).Precipitation of CuI,obtained with the reaction of Cu + with I -,was dissolved in Na 2S 2O 3.Copper content in the solution was determined by FAAS and the iodide content was calculated using the content of copper.The linear range of the proposed method is 0—800 μg·mL -1 of I -,and the relative standard derivation at 0 4 mL of I - level is 0 7%.The proposed method was applied to determination of iodide in iodized tablets salt,cydiodine tablets and laver with a recovery range of 99 9%—100 3%.
