摘要
阐述了陶瓷石膏模具强度低、使用寿命短的原因及主要影响因素,研究了水膏比、外加剂、纤维减水剂复掺、耐磨材料对陶瓷模具石膏强度及吸水率的影响。结果表明:抗折强度随水膏比增加而大幅度降低,吸水率逐渐升高;随聚羧酸减水剂、磷酸三丁酯消泡剂的增加,石膏强度先升高后降低,分别在掺量为0.15%、0.07%时达最高值,且绝干强度增幅显著,分别为54.23%、18.90%,减水剂作用下石膏的吸水率较低;聚丙烯纤维与减水剂复掺对综合提高石膏抗折强度、改善吸水率有利;石英砂耐磨材的添加使石膏强度呈先小幅度增加后降低的趋势,石膏表面质量磨损率逐渐降低且效果显著,吸水率变化不大。
The reason and the factors of model-gypsum^s low strength, short service-life were studied. The effect of W/G, admixture, the compound of fiber and water-reducer, wear resistant material on the flexural strength and absorption of gypsum were investigated by experiments. The result indicates that the strength decreases by the advance of W/G,while the water absorption is reduced. The strength increases first and then goes to fall after the highest level (0. 15%,0. 07%) by the adding of water-reducer and antifoaming agent, and the rise ratio is more stron- ger by water-reducer adding at 54. 23%, when antifoaming is 18.9%. The compound of fiber and water-reducer could improve both the strength and water absorption of model-gypsum. SiO2 could make the strength of gypsum increase first then decrease,and the rate of wear decreased a lot by its mass adding. However, the water absorption didn't change a lot.
