摘要
综述了不同种类细化剂Al-Ti、Al-B、Al-Ti-B、Al-Ti-C对纯铝及铸造Al-Si合金细化效果的影响,阐述了细化剂细化机理,主要为异质形核和相反应机制。Al-Ti-B中B的含量对Al-Si合金细化效果有重要影响,过量的B有利于细化Al-Si合金。探讨了稀土元素对细化剂组织形貌的影响,研发高效的Al-Ti-B-RE、Al-Ti-C-RE为主要发展方向。
The refinements of grain refiner such as A1-Ti, AI-B, AbTi-B, A1-Ti-C on commercial aluminum and AI-Si alloy are reviewed, the refinement mechanisms are heterogeneous nucleation and phase reaction. The amount of B has a great effect on refinement of A1-Si alloy, the excess of B in A1-Ti-B is helpful in achieving effective refinement. The effects of rare earth on structure and morphology of refiners are studied, the manufacture of A1-Ti-B-RE, A1-Ti-C- RE refiners are the future trends.
