摘要
以宝坻大蒜发芽叶为外植体,比较了不同培养基的诱导效率,优化了愈伤组织诱导及植株再生体系。试验结果表明,诱导愈伤组织的最佳培养基为MS+2,4-D2.0mg·L-1+NAA2.0mg·L-1+KT1.0mg·L-1;诱导不定芽的最佳培养基为MS+6-BA1.5mg·L-1+NAA1.0mg·L-1+KT1.5mg·L-1;诱导生根的最佳培养基为MS+NAA0.6mg·L-1+KT0.5mg·L-1。
In this study, the sprout leaves of the Baodi garlic were used as explants, the best conditions for callus induction and plant regeneration were analyzed by comparing the induction effects of different media combinations. The results showed that the best medium for callus induction was MS+2,g-D 2.0 mg·L-1+NAA 2.0 mg·L-1 %KT 1.0 mg·L-1, the best medium for inducing adventitious buds was MS+6-BA 1.5 mg·L-1+NAA 1.0 mg·L-1+KT 1.5 mg·L-1, and the best condition for root induction was MS+NAA 0.6 mg·L-1KT 0.5 mg. L-~.
