摘要
目的评价员工心理援助项目(EAP)促进幼儿教师心理健康的研究。方法将54名幼儿教师随机等分成干预组和对照组,使用压力管理、情绪管理、睡眠管理、职场人际关系培训、婚姻与家庭指导等EAP技术对干预组进行心理支持,对照组仅给予一般性支持。EAP前后对两组幼儿教师进行症状自评量表(SCL-90)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)等心理测评量表评测,使用t检验对干预组与对照组结果进行前后比较与组间比较,评估EAP工作的实际效果。结果干预组于EAP干预前后相比SCL-90、SAS、SDS多项指标均有明显改善(t=5.05,10.16,13.58;P<0.01);对照组支持前后差异不显著;干预后两组间上述指标差异显著(t=5.01,12.45,13.87;P<0.01)。结论 EAP可以有效促进幼儿园教师的心理健康。
Objective To investigate the effect of employee assistance program (EAP)on the promotion of mental health of preschool teachers. Methods A total of 54 preschool teachers were divided into experimental and control groups in random. The teachers in experimental group received EAP service,including stress management, emotion management,sleep management,work- place interpersonal relationship training,marriage and family guidance. The teachers in control group received general psychological supports. All teachers in both groups were assessed with SCL--90,SAS,SDS just before and after supports. Using t--test to com- pare the results between two groups before and after supports in order to evaluate the effect of EAP. Results Most scores of SCL -- 90, SAS and SDS had significant improvement (total average score of SCL -- 90 ; t= 5.05, SAS : t = 10. 16, SDS : t = 13.58, P 0.01 )after supports in study group,and also between two groups (total average score of SCL--90:t = 5.01, SAS:t= 12.45,SDS:t=13. 87,P〈 0. 01), but there was less statistic difference in control group. Conclusion EAP can improve mental health of preschool teachers.
