摘要
利用各种色谱技术对红棕杜鹃(原变种)Rhododendron rubiginosum var.rubiginosum叶进行化学成分研究。从中分离得13个化合物,并通过理化性质与波谱分别鉴定为3,9-dihydroxy-megastigma-5-ene(1),3β-hydroxy-5α,6α-epoxy-7-me-gastigmen-9-one(2),黑麦草内酯(3),熊果酸(4),2α,3β-二羟基乌苏-12-烯-28-酸(5),2α,3β,23-三羟基乌苏-12-烯-28-酸(6),7,9-二甲氧基杜鹃醇(7),7-甲氧基杜鹃醇(8),姜酮(9),异嗪皮啶(10),东莨菪内酯(11),(+)-松脂素(12),3'-O-去甲基表松脂素(13)。化合物1~13均首次从本种分离得到,其中化合物1~3,7~9,11~13首次从本属分离得到。
Thirteen compounds were isolated from the leaves of Rhododendron rubiginosum var. rubiginosum by various chromatographic techniques. On the basis of spectroscopic data, their structures were elucidated as 3,9-dihydroxy-megastigma-5-ene ( 1 ), 3β-hydroxy-Sa, 6a-epoxy-7-megastigmen-9-one (2), loliolide ( 3 ), ursolic acid ( 4 ), 2a, 3β-dihydroxy-urs-12-en-28-oic acid ( 5 ), 2a, 3,8,23-trihydroxy-urs- 12 -en-28-oic acid (6), 7,9 -dimethoxyrhododendrol (7), 7-methoxyrhododendrol ( 8 ), zingerone ( 9 ), isofraxidin (10), scopoletin ( 11), ( + ) -pinoresinol (12) and 3'-O-demethylepipinorisenol (13). All compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time, and compounds 1-3, 7-9, and 11-13 were isolated from the genus Rhododendron for the first time.
