摘要
为解决煤矿工业广场生活污水再生利用的问题,采用同步生物氧化池(SBOT)工艺进行中试研究。结果表明,在HRT为3.4h的条件下,SBOT工艺进水COD和NH4+-N、SS的质量浓度平均分别为62.5mg/L和10.6、49.6mg/L,出水COD和NH4+-N、SS的质量浓度平均分别为13.1 mg/L和0.18、0.98 mg/L,相应的平均去除率分别为79.1%和98.3%、98.0%。该工艺流程简短,不需要二沉池和滤池,具有启动速度快、运行稳定、抗冲击负荷能力强等特点。
To solve the problem of reusing domestic sewage from industry square of a coal mine,the pilot scale experiment was conducted by a simultaneous biological oxidation tank(SBOT).The results show that under the condition of HRT=3.4 h of SBOT,when the corresponding influent average concentration is 62.5 mg/L and 10.6,49.6 mg/L,the average concentration of COD and NH4+-N,SS in effluent is 13.1 mg/L,and 0.18,0.98 mg/L,with average removal rates of 74.3% and 97.6%,98.0%,respectively.The process does not need secondary sedimentation tank and filters,and has characteristics of short flow,rapid start,stable running and strong anti-shock loading.
