摘要
水资源安全系统涉及到社会、经济、环境,它是一个复杂的系统,与人口、资源环境、社会、经济关系密切。以二级模糊综合评判模型的方法,用熵值法来确定水资源安全的指标权重,并对其进行定量化的表示和分析,得出贵州省水资源安全处于临界安全的状态,但不同的地区其水资源安全也有所差异,表现出一定的空间地域性。根据贵州省水资源安全二级模糊综合评判结果B与评价标准的对比,把贵州省划分为3种类型区:安全区、临界安全区及不安全区,这将为贵州省各地市区制定相应的人口、经济政策及合理开发、管理水资源提供了依据,对指导贵州省水资源规划及利用有借鉴意义。
Water resources security system is a complex system, which concerns population, resources environment, society and economy. In this paper, the two-stage fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used, and the weight of index of water resources security is decided through the entropy method. It also be represented and analyzed quantitatively. The results show that water resources security in Guizhou Province is in critical safety state, but the water resources security status in different area has difference and space feature. According to the comparison of two-stage fuzzy comprehensive evaluation result B of water resources security in Guizhou province with the evaluation standard, the province is divided into three types, namely security zone, critical security zone and unsafe area. This will provide a theoretic basis for the decision of corresponding population and economic policy, and rational management and development of water resources. It also has referential significance for the planning and utilization of water re- sources in Guizhou province.
