摘要
公司创业导向对组织绩效的影响一直是国内外学术界关注的焦点,但研究结论却出现了分歧。本研究在相关研究的基础上,将顾客价值创新作为中介变量,将网络资源作为调节变量,并将顾客价值创新划分为渐进式顾客价值创新和突破式顾客价值创新,构建了概念模型,并以中东部八省市465家企业为样本对其进行了实证研究。研究发现,突破式顾客价值创新在公司创业导向与企业绩效之间发挥了完全中介作用,且网络资源在其中起着正向调节作用。
The effects of entrepreneurial orientation on firm performance have always been an academic focus both at home and abroad, but mixed findings are found in the steady stream of empirical studies.Based on the extant literature, this study attempts to provide a conceptual model to show how entrepreneurial orientation influence firm performance using customer value innovation (consisting of incremental innovation and radical innovation) as mediating variable, and using network resources as moderating variable.An empirical study with a sample of 465firms from eight cities in middle-east China then is conducted.The results show radical innovation play a complete role in mediating this relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and firm performance, and network resources play a role in moderating this relationship.
