摘要
在研究了汽车发动机传动直齿轮的传动要求、结构尺寸、力学性能等的基础上,采用粉末冶金技术替代锻造工艺制造发动机传动齿轮。通过设计、制模、压制、烧结、热处理等工序,制造出直齿轮,经检验、使用,各种指标完全满足汽车发动机传动的需要,达到了减重、平稳、降噪、高效、节约的目的。
Based on the study of the car engine drive straight gear transmission requirements, structural dimension and mechanical properties powder metallurgy technology is used to replace forging to manufacture engine drive gears. Through the design, molding, pressing, sintering and heat treatment process, the straight gear is made, all kinds of index completely meet the need of the automobile engine drive after inspection and use, the purpose of lightweight, being stable, low noise, high efficiency, saving is got.
