在线识别焊接缺陷的现状及发展趋势

摘要 针对现代产品对焊接质量要求越来越高和焊接工艺实现自动化与智能化的趋势,归纳综合了焊接缺陷在线识别方法的研究现状,分析了其研究成果的焊接缺陷在线识别原理,探讨了各自的识别效果,并指出了其未来的发展趋势,在实现焊接过程的稳定化、智能化,获得高质量焊接接头的应用方面有一定参考作用。 In view of the demand of modem products for welding quality getting higher and higher and the trend of automation and intelligentization of the welding process growing faster and faster, this paper summarizes the present researches on welding defect on -line identifying, analyzes their principles, investigates the identification effect, and finally puts forward the prospect for the future application, which will be of a certain reference value to achieving the stabilization and intelligentization of welding process and obtaining better quality of welding joints.
