摘要
目的了解江阴市旅店业公共用品用具的卫生状况,为指导今后的卫生监督工作提供科学依据,防止传染病的发生和流行,保障旅客健康。方法 2011年3～12月,采用抽样调查的方法,在江阴市随机抽取55家不同档次的旅店进行公共用品用具卫生状况调查,并对结果进行统计分析。结果 2011年合计检测各类公共用品用具样品1 711件,合格1 642件,合格率为95.97%。布草类用品、茶具和卫生洁具的合格率分别为97.91%、98.30%和88.32%,三者的合格率有显著性差异(P<0.01);星级宾馆和普通宾馆的合格率分别为98.37%和94.41%(P<0.01);城区宾馆与乡镇宾馆的合格率分别为96.13%和95.82%(P>0.05)。结论江阴市旅店业公共用品用具卫生状况良好,但普通宾馆需要加强监督与管理。
Objective To understand the health status of public appliance in hotels,and provide scientific basis for future health supervision work,so as to prevent the occurrence and prevalence of infectious diseases.Method Select 55 hotels by sampling investigation method,investigate the health status of public appliances,and analyze the results.Results 1 711 appliances were detected in 2011,of which,1 642 were qualified,with the qualified rate of 95.97%.The qualified rates of cloth and straw product,tea set and sanitary ware were 97.91%,98.30% and 88.32%,respectively.Their qualified rates had significant difference（P〈0.01）.The qualified rates of star hotel and general hotel were 98.37% and 94.41%,respectively（P〈0.01）.The qualified rates of urban hotels and town hotels were 96.13% and 95.82%,respectively（P〉0.05）.Conclusions The health status was good in hotels in Jiangyin,but general hotel still needed to strengthen supervision and administration.
