摘要
轮盘端面齿具有刚度大、自对中性能,在重型燃气轮机拉杆转子连接和传扭中起到重要作用。基于某周向拉杆转子模型,从理论上分析轮盘端面齿连接段在预紧力和扭矩作用下的齿面应力,用冲压模型来模拟齿面接触应力分布,并采用三维有限元非线性接触算法,计算轮盘端面齿连接在额定预紧力和扭矩载荷下的应力分布,说明冲压模型的正确性,所得结论可为转子轮盘端面齿强度分析提供计算方法。
Curvic coupling is widely used in the heavy duty gas turbine due to its large stiffness and self- alignment. Based on the rotor model of circumferential tie rotor, the contact stress of curvic coupling connecting section was theoretically analyzed under certain preload and torsional moment load and the fiat punch model based on contact theory were used. Three dimensional(3-D) nonlinear finite element method was adopted to analyze the contact stress of curvic coupling in order to validate the fiat punch model. The conclusion can be provided as a calculation method for the strength analysis of curvie teeth coupling in the rotor.
