摘要
列举运用镇阴煎治疗点滴状银屑病、复发性单纯疱疹、痤疮及复发性阿弗它口腔炎验案,并分析镇阴煎治疗皮肤病的应用规律。认为凡以阴虚于下、格阳于上为主要病机者,皆可用该方以滋补肾阴、引火归原。
This paper presents four proved cases： psoriasis guttata, recurrent herpes simplex, acne and recurrent aphthous stomatitis, and analyzes the application regularity of ＂Zhenyin Decoction＂ in dermatoses. It views that the pathogenesis are lower yin deficiency and upper yang rejection. The ＂Zhenyin Decoction＂ can be used to nourish kidney yin and conduct the fire back to its origin.
