摘要
提出了反相高效液相色谱法测定游泳池水中尿素的含量。采用Waters Atlantis T3色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以水为流动相洗脱,用二极管阵列检测器在波长195 nm处进行检测。结果表明:尿素的质量浓度在0.5~100 mg·L^(-1)范围内与其峰面积呈线性关系,检出限(3S/N)为0.2 mg·L^(-1)。方法用于水样分析,加标回收率在94.1%~97.5%之间,相对标准偏差(n=6)为0.64%。
RP-HPLC was applied to the determination of urea in water of swimming pool. The sample was separated with using Waters Atlantis T3 (250 mm×4. 6 mm, 5 μm) as stationary phase and pure water as mobile phase, and the content of urea was determined by diode array detector at the wavelength 195 nm. Linear relationship between values of peak area and mass concentration of urea was kept in the range of 0. 5 -100 mg·L^-1, with detection limit (3S/N) of 0. 2 mg·L^-1. Tests for recovery and precision were made by standard addition method, giving values of recovery in the range of 94. 1%-97.5%and RSD's (n=6) of 0. 64%.
