摘要
采用有限元软件对三种不同前盘结构纯奥氏体不锈钢离心风机叶轮进行应力分析,得到工作转速下应力最小的叶轮结构形式。同时采用CFD数值计算方法对弧形前盘和直前盘叶轮整机进行流场模拟。结果表明,结构优化的直前盘结构明显降低了叶轮受力,虽然整机气动性能与弧前盘叶轮相比有一些降低,但是可以满足现场工艺要求,且制造工艺简单成本相对低一些。
In this element software is the stress analysis paper, the finite used to carry out of pure austenitic stainless steel centrifugal fan impeller with three different front shroud structures and the impeller structure with minimum stress under working speed is obtained. Then, CFD numerical computational method is used to simulate the flow field of arc front shroud and straight front shroud impeller. All the results show that the straight front shroud can obviously lower the impeller stress. Although the fan' s aerodynamic performance is relative low comparing with arc front shroud impeller, it can satisfy the site process requirements, and manufacturing process is simple and the cost is relative low.
