摘要
目的探讨36 h完全睡眠剥夺(sleep deprivation,SD)对青年军人感觉门控P50的影响。方法采用配对听觉条件(S1)、测试(S2)刺激范式,15名健康青年军人在36 h睡眠剥夺条件下,分别在睡眠剥夺前后进行听觉诱发电位P50检测,测量P50的潜伏期、波幅。结果①与SD前相比,SD 36 h后S1-P50潜伏期[(58.46±16.12)ms vs(54.83±13.67)ms],S2-P50潜伏期[(57.57±13.61)ms vs(52.39±12.56)ms]降低,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。②与SD前相比,SD 36 h后S1-P50波幅[(1.24±1.01)μV vs(3.14±1.31)μV]显著降低(P<0.05);S2-P50波幅增加[(1.45±1.15)μV vs(1.65±1.03)μV],差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。③与SD前相比,SD 36 h后S2/S1波幅比值[(1.21±0.25)vs(0.53±0.16)]显著升高(P<0.05)。结论经36 h睡眠剥夺后,在一定程度上青年军人的感觉门控抑制能力出现了缺损现象。
Objective To explore the effect of 36 h sleep deprivation on the P50 auditory sensory gating potential in young soldiers.Methods The auditory evoke potential P50 was tested using paired clicks auditory condition/testing stimulating paradigm in 15 normal healthy young soldiers before and after 36 h sleep deprivation,and the incubation period and amplitude of P50 were measured.Results ①There was no significant difference in S1-P50 latencies [(58.46±16.12)ms vs(54.83±13.67)ms] and S2-P50 latencies [(57.57±13.61)ms vs(52.39±12.56) ms] in subjects before and after SD 36 h(P〈0.05).②After SD for 36 h,the amplitude of S1-P50 decreased [(1.24±1.01) μV vs(3.14±1.31) μV,P 0.05],and the amplitude of S2-P50 had no significant change[(1.45±1.15) μV vs(1.65±1.03) μV,P〈0.05].③After SD for 36 h,the amplitude ratio of S2/S1 decreased [(1.21±0.25) vs(0.53±0.16),P〈0.05].Conclusion After SD for 36 h,young soldiers present the impairment on the inhibiting ability of auditory sensory gating in a certain extent.
