RRM1对晚期非小细胞肺癌化疗疗效的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨核苷酸还原酶亚单位M1(RRM1)在晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中的表达及其与吉西他滨化疗疗效的关系。方法选择60例晚期NSCLC患者,分为两组,治疗组采用吉西他滨联合顺铂(GP)方案化疗,对照组采用紫杉醇联合顺铂(TP)方案化疗。采用免疫组织化学SP法检测两组患者肺癌组织中RRM1的表达,统计客观有效率(RR)、疾病控制率(DCR)、无进展生存期(PFS),分析RRM1阳性表达与化疗疗效的关系。结果不同性别、年龄、组织类型及病理分期患者的RRM1表达差异均无统计学意义。治疗组RRM1阳性表达者RR、DCR及PFS均低于阴性表达者(P<0.05)。对照组RRM1阳性表达者RR、DCR及PFS与阴性表达者差异均无统计学意义。结论 RRM1的表达与吉西他滨化疗疗效相关,可作为晚期NSCLC选择吉西他滨的依据,RRM1高表达者应避免吉西他滨化疗。
